As many One/ products are inspired by the natural environment and in particular trees... One/has formed a partnership with the charity Trees for Cities... From August 2009 all One/cards and stationary are printed on recycled paper and everything from our boxes to our luggage label tags are recycled or from a sustainable source. 3% of all One/profits will be going to support the work of Trees for Cities and One/will also be donating prizes for the Trees for Cities tree-athlons in Manchester, Leeds and London later this year...

 

Set up in 1993 as "Trees for London" we are an independent charity set up to work with local communities in deprived urban areas on tree planting projects. Far from being a simple tree-planting organisation, we ensure that all our planting and greening projects are accompanied by a community education programme and accredited training schemes for local people. Since becoming "Trees for Cities" in 2003 (Charity number 1032154) our work has expanded to other cities within the UK such as Manchester, Leeds, Bristol and Reading and abroad to Nairobi, Addis Ababa and Ica in Peru.
